| Objective:The aim of our research was to investigate risk factors associated with ischemic stroke, explore the aura symptoms before the onset of ischemic stroke, study the characteristics of Vulnerable plaque population ischemic stroke before its onset and provide the basis for its timely diagnosis and treatment by analyzing70acute ischemic stroke patients’clinical data and auxiliary examinations. Methods and Results:Method:Collecting the clinical date and laboratory examination results of70acute ischemic stroke(within14days) patients in the departments of internal neurology of Dongzhimen Hospital and Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Beijing Tongzhou District from May,2010to April,2012. According to their different carotis ultrasonic inspection results, all patients were divided into two groups:the "vulnerable plaque" group and the control group. Methods described using statistical analysis on the survey results.Results:1. Our study suggests that ischemic stroke-prone age is50-70years. The number of male ischemic stroke patients is significantly higher than female. Overwork, weather changes and irritability are important incentives that lead to ischemic stroke. Hypertension, hyperlipidemia and high blood sugar are three major risk factors for ischemic stroke.2. There is no statistical difference on age, sexuality and TCM Syndrome Differentiation between the "vulnerable plaque" group and the control group.3. Patients with DM accompanying hypertension and hyperlipidemia in the vulnerable plaque group were more than that in the control group. Patients engaged in mental work with High-fat diet in the vulnerable plaque group were more than that in the control group. Brash and irritable patients in the vulnerable plaque group were more than that in the control group. There is statistically significant difference between this two groups.4. Statistical significant difference were found between two groups in laboratory results as fasting glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin. Fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of vulnerable plaque group was significantly higher.Conclusion:1. Age, gender and other non-interference factors are closely related to ischemic stroke. Ischemic stroke-prone age is50-70years. Men suffering from ischemic stroke may be greater than women. Overwork, weather changes and irritability are important incentives that lead to ischemic stroke. Hypertension, high cholesterol, high blood sugar are three major risk factors for ischemic stroke. 2. Long-term engaged in mental work. High-fat diet, DM accompanying hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, high blood sugar and brash irritability are important clinical characteristics of Vulnerable plaque population before ischemic stroke onset. |
