Objective: Through the literature and clinical research, of regulating lipid and blood particles to vulnerable plaque of atherosclerosis clinical intervention effect, so as to provide theoretical and clinical support chaotic transfusion in treatment of apoplexy phlegm and stasis of blood. Methods: 1. Theoretical study: extensive collection, collation of ancient and modern physicians on blood turbid theory discussion, collecting contemporary scholars of turbid blood and vulnerable plaque and wind phlegm stasis type correlation test and theory research results, and based on the treatment of turbid blood, expounds the connotation of the theory of turbid blood, pathogenesis and the principle of treatment.2. Clinical research: 62 cases with standard in patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into was observed in the test group and control group, treatment by 3 months, compared before and after treatment in two groups of test objects efficacy, laboratory indicators, such as changes and analysis of clinical efficacy. Using statistical software SPSS17.0 to process analysis data. Results: The two therapeutic schemes have high curative effect on vulnerable plaque. The total effective rate was 93% in the experimentalgroup and 83% in the control group. TCM clinical symptom score compared for the observation of the efficacy of the test group, were better than that of the control, significant difference(P < 0.05); in improving TCM clinical symptom score were observed in the experimental group was better than the control group, there was a significant difference(P < 0.01).Compared with the test before and after the two groups of patients with carotid ultrasound, the experimental group to improve the plaque has significant effect, statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).Conclusion: turbidity and blood granule combined with western medicine conventional therapy on Atherosclerotic Vulnerable plaque has more significant than the pure western medicine treatment effect, can greatly improve the clinical symptoms, clinical treatment of vulnerable plaque in patients with ischemic stroke effective clinical approach. |
