Overactive Bladder(Overactive bladder, OAB)is a new concept of disease diagnosis and common chronic diseases of urinary system, characterized as urgency, urge incontinence or combined, often accompanied by frequent urination and nocturia, can seriously affect the quality of life patients. the OAB in the global higher incidence and greater impact on the lives of patients, more and more domestic and foreign scholars attach great importance to the current basic and clinical research has become a hot issue. The diagnosis mainly depended on these presentations after precluding other diseases. To find out a Volant and effective treatment method and to release or eliminate the hardship of the patients were the main responsibilities for clinical urologist. Nowadays, the main treatment methods included behavior therapy, pharmacotherapy and neuroregulation therapy. At the same time the cause of OAB complex understanding of path physiology has not fully aware of the clinical effects are not entirely satisfactory, still need to seek a breakthrough in their treatment.
