Sum-up Of Clinical Experience Of Professor Qin Guozheng’s Treatment To Overactive Bladder

Object:By observing clinical treatment to61cases who had the Overactive Bladder (OAB), in order to summarize the experience and academic thinking of Professor Qin Guozheng’s treatment to OAB.Methods:63patients were included,2patients stopped treatment in midway, and a total of61cases were eligible cases. Buzhongyiqi decoction treated all zhe patients. According to the different symptoms before and after treatment, evaluate the efficacy of the treatment.Results:The points difference before and after treatment was6.46±1.34based on the score of OAB. There were distinctly difference before and after the treatment (P<0.01); The difference of the24hour average frequency of urination was3.6±1.04ml before and after the treatment, There were distinctly difference before and after the treatment (P<0.01); The difference of the Qmax was8.52±1.66ml/s ml/s before and after the treatment, There were distinctly difference before and after the treatment (P<0.01); The difference of the Average output was54.67±16.24ml cm3before and after the treatment, There were distinctly difference before and after the treatment (P<0.01); The difference of the QOL was0.60±0.25before and after the treatment, There were distinctly difference before and after the treatment (P<0.01); Comprehensive clinical evaluation:24cases were significantly effective (39.34%);30patients were effective (49.18%);7cases were ineffective (11.48%); the total effective rate:88.52%.Conclusion:After this research, we prove that the clinical experience and academic thinking of Professor Qin Guozheng’s "Yiqi Tonglin method" treatment of OAB is viable, and it is effective to treat OAB based on diagnosis and treatment on the basis of an overall analysis. So it is worthy of further research and extension.
