Clinical Observe On Acupuncture In Treating Hypertension Of Liver-YANG With Intention

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture on hypertensive disease of hyperactivity of liver-YANG.METHOD:60 patients with hypertensive disease were randomly divided into acupuncture and SIHUIDA(Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets)groups and comparing the indexes before treatment and after treatment.RESULTS:1.The total effective rate of depressurization in acupuncture group and SIHUIDA group were 83.33% and 86.67%,respectively,there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).There was immediate depressurization effect in acupuncture group (P<0.01).2. The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in acupuncture group and SIHUIDA group were 90% and 76.67%,respectively,and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).3.After treating with acupuncture,the lipid metabolism and glycometabolism in blood were improved compare (P<0.01),while there was no significant effect on lipid metabolism and glycometabolism in SIHUIDA group (P>0.05).4. There was no adverse effect in acupuncture group.CONCLUSION:The curative effect of acupuncture on hypertension disease was certain. The blood pressure was lower immediately after treating with acupuncture for 15min,and the symptoms of dizzy, headache, flushing, conjunctival congestion, tantrum, bitter taste of mouth and constipation, etc. were relieved. The lipid metabolism and glycometabolism in blood were also improved by acupuncture, and no adverse effect was found. It suggested that treating hypertension disease with acupuncture was of practical value in clinic.
