Shuxuetong Injection For The Prevention Of Lower Limb Fracture Perioperative Deep Venous Thrombosis In Clinical Research

Objective:TO observe the clinical effect of preventing DVT after lower extremity trauma fracture perioperation with Shuxuetong Injection and explore its mechanism.Method:All 60 ease were collected from orthopaedic department of Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of TCM,and were randomly divided into treated(30 cases)and controlled(30 cases) group. Prevention of infection and symptomatic treatment with add Shuxuetong Injection were used in the treated qroup,and the controlled grouping were prevented only with Prevention of infection and symptomatic treatment. Compared two groups of patients before and after treatment at hemorrheology, APTT, PT and postoperative limb swelling rate of the largest, D-dimer, DVT incidence of target changes, such as differences in.Result:â‘ Two groups of patients after administration hemorrheology There was a significant difference(P<0.01). Treatment group on the APTT, TP target effects of the two is better than the control group (P<0.01 or P< 0.05).â‘¡Treatment group in improving the rate of limb swelling group than the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The treatment with Shuxuetong Injection and Conventional not only could decrease incidence of DVT after lower extremity trauma fracture perioperation (the treated group:6.67%.thecontrolled group:30.0%).But also could ameliorate the hypercoagulable stata of blood,delay the APTT and PT,relieve the clinical symptoms and sign.Comclusion:Shuxuetong Injection can effectiveiy prevent DVT after lower extremity trauma fracture perioperation.
