Objective: The rates of pregnancy with hyperthyroidism is as high as0.2‰to2‰.If the status of hyperthyroidism during pregnancy is poorlycontrolled, excessive thyroid hormone and various thyroid autoantibody couldthrough the placenta, premature delivery, palace growth retardation issignificantly higher than normal, by this way it could affect the growth anddevelopment of the fetus, meanwhile it brings about serious consequences toorgans mature of the offspring. Nestin is the fourth intermediate filaments ofcytoskeleton protein. Nestin plays an important role in the assembly andadjustment of the cytoskeleton structure. Nestin is mainly expressed incytoplasm of mature sterol cell and primary foot processes. Oxidative stress,ischemia, hypoxia and other adverse factors could reduce the content. Nuclearfactor kappa B plays an important role in regulating gene transcription startand rate. The dimer NF-κB P65-P50is the main activation form of nuclearfactor kappa B. Under normal circumstances, NF-κB P65only exists in thecytoplasmic, while it seldom is expressed in the nuclear. Ischemic anoxia,oxidative stress and other adverse factors could make the NF-κB transfer tothe nuclear. Through the admeasurement of nestin expressed in offspring’skidney and of NF-κB P65expressed in cell nucleus, to discuss the relationshipof the mother merger hyperthyroidism and progeny’s renal damage,furthermore, to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment ofprogeny’s renal disease.Methods: The female SD rats were randomly divided into normal controlgroup (N group), mild hyperthyroidism group (group A) and severehyperthyroidism group (group B). The rats in A group and B group were givendifferent doses of levothyroxine sodium lavage to manufacturinghyperthyroidism model, the rats in normal control group were given the same amount of saline, continuous lavage21days. After hyperthyroidism model iscreated successfully, according to the female and male ratio2:1, and femaleSD rats are closed into the same cage with male rats.
