Objective:To observe effects on skin cleanliness and disinfection efficacy of surgical site by taking different skin cleaning interventions with patients undergoing gynecological abdomen surgery before surgery1hour in the operating room. Methods:Select the assumpted operation time of120min Gynecologic patients undergoing lower abdominal median transverse incision operation of150cases, randomly divided into3groups, each group contain50cases. Patients in the operating room, a group with sterile saline; the second group using soft soap water wipe the operation area; the third group using75%alcohol wipe the operation area. Where there is organ and tissue infection, disinfect the area of skin inflammation of the hair follicle are excluded. General skin disinfection operation after different skin cleaning interventions, use povidone-iodine General wiping the skin three times, then start operation. The patient enters the operating room after pretreatment, general skin disinfection operation after anesthesia and before surgeryand after the skin incision3min,30min,60min and120min, selecting around the upper part of surgery after disinfection5cm2abdominal skin samples, with sterile swab daub evenly level to wipe it again, microorganisms bacterial culture. By bacterial culture, computing number of bacteria, compare different intervention methods effects on operation skin disinfection. Results:The results of three groups of patients into the operating room after pretreatment sampling is that, compared to saline group and soapy water group, preoperative skin bacteria alcohol intervention group differences is statistically significant. After disinfection are zero in three sets of skin bacteria, less significant differences between group. compared to30min,60min, and120min three points after surgery, there are no differences.Conclusion:Pre-operative regional interventions can effectively kill bacteria on the skin of operation and clear skin;general skin disinfection can achieve the effect of killing bacteria.
