| Objective:To provide experimental basis for traditional chinese medicine therapy ongastric cancer, we observe the effect of different doses of Junzifuzhengdecoction (JD) on tumor inhibition rate, macrophage phagocytic index as wellas the activities of serum hemolysin. Methods: Kunming rats of8-10weeksold were selected and divided into5groups, including negative controlgroup(normal saline group), positive control group(CTX group), andexperimental group (high, medium, low dose of JD groups). Rats of eachgroup lived in the same environment and were fed with the same solid feed.Extract ascites under asepsis from the MFC rat which grew well about7daysand wash it with salt water twice. Then centrifuge5minutes at1000rpm.Resuspend cells with normal saline to a final concentration of5×106/ml as thesource of carcinoma. Inject0.2ml diluents into the subcutaneous tissue of theright axilla of rats to prepare the MFC rat model. After10days of treatment,all the3groups of rats were killed, and tumor inhibition rate, macrophagephagocytic index and the activities of serum hemolysin were tested. Results:The growth of tumor in the high and medium dose groups is significantly decreased compared with negative control group (p＜0.05). Meanwhile theimmunological function indexes is notably increased (p＜0.05). Low dosegroup, however, has no obvious effect (p＞0.05). Conclusion: JunzifuzhengDecoction (JD) can boost tumor inhibition rate, enhance macrophagephagocytic index and increase the immunity of body. |
