Objective:Now cardiopulmonary bypass technic have been made congenital heart disease operation undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass more and more success, but excessive bleeding is one of main complications。In this study we investigated the discrimination of post-operation platelet count and coagulation function indexes in children congenital heart disease, In order to treatment to postoperation bleeding, reduce the operation dangers and the times in CICU.Methods:60children with congenital heart disease whose heart function were I or II were collected randomly and divided into three groups. All patients have been opened heart surgery. Fallot of tetralogy group (TOF group,n=20) and Ventricular Septal Defect group(VSD group,n=20),TOF group and VSD group operations are all with cardiopulmonary bypass, and we also adopted20cases of patients with Patent ductus arteriosus congenital heart diseases as contrast group(PDA group,n=20).the contrast group operations are un-cardiopulmonary bypass.. All patients were collected blood samples for routine blood test.Platelet count (PLT)、Activated Partial Thromboplasin Time (APTT)、Prothrombin Time (PT)、Fibrinogen (Fib) and Thrombin Time (TT) were recorded at the0th,24th,48th and72th hours post-operation. The blood loss and weight averaged blood loss were recorded for patients at the24th,48th, and72th hours post-operation.Results:.1.Platelet count values of TOF group and VSD group are lower than that of PDA group from right now post operation to48hours post operation, and the values of TOF group lessen more significantly.2.Activated Partial Thromboplasin Time (APTT)、Prothrombin Time (PT) and Thrombin Time (TT) the values of TOF group and VSD group are higher than that of PDA group (p<0.05).3.Platelet count values of TOF group return to the normal range after72hours in post CPB and the values of VSD group return after24hours.APTT and PT values of TOF group return after72hours post operation, TOF group return after24hours post operation.24-hour blood loss values of TOF group and VSD group were more than PDA group(p<0.05).4.The CPB time values of Fallot of tetralogy (TOF group) are significantly longer than that of Ventricular Septal Defect(VSD group)(p<0.05), and the CPB temperature values of TOF group are significantly lower than that of VSD group(p<0.05).Conclusions:1. Platelet count, APTT, PT and TT values of TOF group and VSD group are decreased with cardiopulmonary bypass.2. The time that Platelet count values of TOF group return to the normal range is higher than the time of VSD group.3. The time and temperature of cardiopulmonary bypass are the higher risk reasons that reduce Platelet count, APTT, PT and TT values. The time and temperature of cardiopulmonary bypass lead to the abnormal blood losses after operation.
