This dissertation mainly describes the study on the chemical constituents of (Pse-udostellaria heterophylla (Miq) Paxex Paxet Hoffm.) Roots and (Vaccariasege-talis (neck) Garcker) Nees.Five compounds were obtained from the two plant by the means of traditional phytochemical methods.They were characterized by1H-NMR、13C-NMR, spectral data and combination the physical and chemical means.Compound4and compound5were obtained from (Vaccariasegetalis (neck) Garcker) Nees for the first time. At the same time, with the extraction of(Pseudostellaria heterophylla (Miq) Paxex Paxet Hoffm.) Roots, we has preliminary researched its quality con-trol and the extraction process of Pseudostellarian A by the methed of HPLC. We us-ed oleanolic acid [(oleanolic acid-28-acyl) allyl alcohol esters] as recepror applica-tion trichloroacetimidate imide method conducted glycosylation reaction,preliminary explorating the synthetic line of oleanolic acid saponins.We preliminary researched reaction of the three cyclic peptide compounds Pseudostellarian A、Segetalin A、seg-etalin B, two synthesized compounds [3-O-(β-D-Glucopyranose) Oleanolic acid]、[3-O-(β-D-Glucopyranose)-28-O-(β-D-Glucopyranose) Oleanolic acid] with DNA.The main research works carried out are as follows:1. Researching the chemical constituents of (Pseudostellaria heterophylla (Miq) Paxex Paxet Hoffm.) Roots, one compound were isolated. The structures of it was identified as Pseudostellarian A(1). Researching the chemical constituents of (V-accariasegetalis (neck) Garcker) Nees, four compounds were isolated. The struc-tures of them were identified as Segetalin A (2)、Segetalin B (3)、Guanosine (4)、Gu-anine (5), and Guanosine (4)、Guanine (5) were isolated from the (Vaccariasegetalis (neck) Garcker) Nees for the first time.2. The contents of target component Pseudostellarian A in the extraction of (Pse-udostellaria heterophylla (Miq) Paxex Paxet Hoffm.) Roots was determined by HPLC. Its Linear regression equation is Y=0.8676X+0.1729, r=0.9999(n=6).It sho-ws Pseudostellarian A has good Linear relationship in the range from9.688μg·mL-1to310μg·mL-1μg.The content of Pseudostellarian A was0.985ug/mg,RSD was0.484%, and adding sample recoveries was99.4%, RSD was1.523%.3.We applied orthogonal experiment researching preliminary the extraction pro-cess of Pseudostellarin A, obtained when temperature was30℃, ultrasound time was1h, solid-liquid ratio was1:15, Pseudostellarin A had the highest extraction concen-tration4.8μg/g.and the extraction process were the best extraction process of Pseudo -stellarin A.4.We used oleanolic acid and [(oleanolic acid-28-acyl) allyl alcohol esters] as recepror, application trichloroacetimidate imide method conducted glycosy lation rea-ction, preliminary explorating the synthetic line of oleanolic acid saponins.Then we got through the synthetic line two kind of triterpenoid saponins [3-O-(β-D-Glucopyra-nose) Oleanolic acid]、[3-O-(β-D-Glucopyra-nose)-28-O-(β-D-Glucopyranose) Oleanolic acid].5. We preliminary researched reaction of the three cyclic peptide compounds Pseudostellarian A、Segetalin A、Segetalin B, two synthesized compounds [3-O-(β-D-Glucopyranose) Oleanolic acid]、[3-O-(β-D-Glucopyranose)-28-O-(β-D-Glucopyranose) Oleanolic acid] with DNA.lt showed this five compounds had some combination effect with DNA, and the [3-O-(β-D-Glucopyranose) Oleanolic acid] had the most intensive effect with DNA.
