This study in order to comprehensive and effective evaluation of the quality of pseudostellaria heterophylla germplasm, we have investigated ZheRongXian plant resource of pseudostellaria heterophylla sampling, measured its biomass index, and analyzed the main chemical components of pseudostellaria heterophylla sample collections in content established the fingerprint of n-butanol part, validated the replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen and enhance immunity effect of pseudostellaria heterophylla experiment. Clustering analysis quality ZheRongXian pseudostellaria heterophylla germplasm can be divided into four categories, and sreened out five better samples.
