Clinic Search Of Risk Factors And Protective Factors Of ICH

Objective To get out the related risk factors and protective factors of our ICH group by discussed and analysised, the clinical data based survey on hospital population, in order to provide scientific basis for prevention of ICH.Methods All the ICH inpatients of the author’s hospital from2009September to2010March were selected as case group and other inpatients with digestive system, respiratory system or other system illness as control group in the same period in the same hospital. The social demographic characteristics, smoking status, medical history and family history of both groups were surveyed face-to-face by structured questionnaire and analyzed with matched-pairs study.Results It was showed by multivariate analysis that ICH OR values of age increased10years, higher education, city population drinking, smoking, passive smoking, physical exercise, exercise over1hours, strong negative life events, hypertension, ICH, cerebral infarction, stroke, heart disease, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypertension family history, family history of ICH, cardiac disease, family history of diabetes were1.273,2.021,1.878,1.278,3.278,3.217,2.298,0.298,0.361,6.410,8.402,5.876,1.189,3.872,2.193,2.012,3.381,4.327,3.393,1.793,1.231, respectively. The ICH risk effects of smoking, passive smoking,and alcohol had showed a significant dose-effect relationship.Conclusion Male, city residents, age, drinking, smoking, life negative events, ICH history, cerebral infarction, cerebral apoplexy, hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and cardiovascular disease family history, were possible risk factors of ICH, but physical exercise was protective factor of ICH.
