Objectives1.To establish the animal model of "fetus education" from rich environment and "fetus injury" from earthquake.2. To observe the influences from "fetus education" rich environment,and "fetus injury" from earthquake to the macro representation, such as growth and behavior ability of rats.Methods46pregnant SD rats were divided randomly into rich environment group, earthquake group, TCM group and control group. The rich environment group was gave favorable environment intervention Threaten the rats of earthquake group and the TCM group with simulated earthquake, and gave the TCM group fodders with Jinkuishenqi pill, with the control group did not offer any intervention. Observe the changes of behavior and weight of pregnant rat, and measure the growth index, such as weight, height, tail length of offspring, and experimental test, such as Turn-over Test, Open-field Test and Light Box Defecation. Determinate the hormone level by enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay.Results1. Growth index Generally speaking, the weight, body length and tail length of rich environment group’s rats are better than that of control group’s, the control group’s are better than that of earthquake group’s, and TCM group’s are better than that of earthquake group’s, they are all of statistical significance, P<0.05. In all comparison, the rich environment group’s are better than that of earthquake group’s, and be of statistical significance, P<0.05.In the ears opening and eyes opening, the difference between rich environment group and earthquake group was statistically significant difference,P<0.0083.2. Behavior test In the Turn-over Test, the difference between rich environment group and earthquake group was statistically significant difference, P<0.0083. In the Open-field Test, the differences between rich environment group and earthquake group, earthquake group and control group, control group and TCM group are statistically significant difference, P<0.05.In the Light Box Defecation, the difference between rich environment group and earthquake group, the earthquake group and TCM group are statistically significant difference, P<0.0083.3. Biochemical index The difference of Cortical ketone level between rich environment group and earthquake group, the control group and earthquake group is significant difference, P<0.05,.The earthquake group and control group, the rich environment group and earthquake group, the earthquake group and TCM group are different in The5-HT level, and are all statistically significant, P<0.05.Conclusion"Fetus education" from rich environment can promote the growth and development of rats. The Jinkuishenqi pill can regulate the low level of the growth and development from the "fetus injury" from earthquake. |
