Formulating the process specification of aconite without brine.Comparative study on7batches of aconite without brine and17batches of Commercial aconite firstly. The results show that the character identification, TLC,Moisture detection,Diester alkaloids check and monoester alkaloid content determination all comply with the provisions of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia2010edition.Microscopic identification, ash and acid-insoluble ash check, determination of extract, Determination of calcium content, Magnesium ion content and chloride ion content, heavy metals check, Pesticide residue examination and fingerprint reasch on24batches of aconite. Theses results show that batches of aconite without brine all qualified. Determination of calcium content, Magnesium ion content and chloride ion content of conite without brine are all lower than commercial aconite. Extract content of7batches of aconite without brine are all higher than average of17batches of commercial aconite.Residues of heavy metals and pesticides of24batches of aconite all qualified,7batches of aconite without brine and17batches of commercial aconite fingerprint similarity in0.9percent.9peaks were Calibrated.
