Objective:To investigate the differences expression of MSI2and Numb in leukemia and non-malignant tumors of the blood system and its clinical significance. Methods:random collection of newly diagnosed acute leukemia (AML and ALL), chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase patients with bone marrow as the experimental group, while collecting the blood system of non-malignant diseases, and normal bone marrow samples as a control group, to detect the expression level of each specimen in MSI2/Numb by fluorescence quantitative PCR method. Results:1,The expression levels of the measured samples of AML and ALL patients MSI2significantly higher than the CML in chronic phase and the control group, ALL and compared to the latter two are statistically significant, compared to AML with the latter two not statistically significant.2, while in AML and ALL Numb expression were lower than the CML in chronic phase and normal controls, the difference is not statistically significant.3, the ALL MSI2high expression was positively correlated with the proportion of primitive cells. Conclusion:MSI2in acute leukemia is high expression, and significantly higher expression in acute leukemia associated with high tumor burden.
