The Clinical Observation And Research Of Arthr-oscopic Treatment Of Tibial Eminence Fracture With "Double Wire And Four Tunnel" Technique

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect with arthroscopy and "double wire and four tunnel" technique to treat tibial eminence fractureMethods:From March2010to September2011,18patients with tibial eminence fracture were treated with arthroscopy and "double wire and four tunnel" technique. Aggressive rehabilitation were done early after operation. The patients were evaluated according to Lyscholm.Results:18patients were followed up from6to15months after the operation. The x-ray showed the fractures were united and the position were good after6weeks of the operation. All of the18cases have good joint function. The Lyscholm knee score were89.7±2.3after6weeks of the operation., and the Lyscholm knee score were93.8±3.7after12weeks of the operation. Conculsions:It is a good way to treat tibial eminence fracture with arth-roscopy and "double wire and four tunnel" technique which requires minimally trauma and provides quick recovery.
