Objective the study aim is to explore the hereditary susceptibility of people(QingHai)to develop CAD through studying the realationship between apoE genepolymorphisms in patients with CADMethods Using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method, the selection of60patients with coronary artery disease patients, above all patients with angiographicallydemonstrated a more narrow diameter1blood vessels is equal or greater than50%.Exclude merger peripheral vascular disease, liver, kidney damage, cerebral infarctionand thyroid disease, familial hypercholesterolemia person.50cases of control group,and the same period for hospital with angiographically ruled out the coronary arterydisease (exclude disease of heart head blood-vessel, liver, kidney, endocrine on lipidmetabolism disease),27cases of men and women in23cases, age for32-80years old,an average of57, balance the inspection, no blood relationship between samples. Differentbetween the comparison of the apoE phenotype blood lipid compared with the control,CAD group TG and LDL-C blood concentration significantly higher (P <0.05); WillCAD group apoE classification, and then the phenotype of comparison between blood fat, E3/3, E3/4genotype and E2/2compared gene type, increased TG more obvious (P<0.05), CAD group carry E3/4gene type a control group, the control group increasedcarry E3/3genotypes CAD group is increased (P <0.05). CAD group TG, LDL-Cblood concentration is increased control group. E3/4and E3/3genotypes a E2/2genotype blood TG, LDL-C heighten the more obvious (p <0.05).Conclusion E3/4allele is probably the genetic marker of CAD. ApoE geneaffects the CAD maybe through influence of the CAD patients,serum lipids.
