Objective:correlation research between hemodynamic index of wave intensity (WI) technology and pulse parameter, discuss WI technology in study of pulse condition in value.Methods:1.Application of Wave Intensity technology in the detection of patients with hypertension in80cases, W1, W2, NA, AI, AC, Ep, W1-W2, PWVP, and other related indicators, and detection of patients with pulse parameters over the same period, such as t1, t4, t5, h1, h3, h4, h5, h3/h1, h5/h1, t5/t4.2.collection of the research object of the gender, age, height index, history of hypertension, hypertensive grade, smoking history, alcohol history, blood lipid, fasting blood glucose, creatinine, uric acid and other clinical data;3, the data was collected and the single factor analysis, Simple correlation analysis, canonical correlation analysis.Results:1, From simple correlation coefficient, WI parameters W1and pulse parameters h1, h3is positively related, the correlation coefficient is0.653,0.525(P<0.01), W2and h5/h1negatively, correlation coefficient-0.544(P<0.01), β and h1correlation coefficient0.571(P<0.01), PWVβ and h10.600(P<0.01) correlation coefficient.2,The use of canonical correlation analysis, test of significance based on the correlation coefficient obtained four pairs of canonical correlation coefficient model can be drawn:①W1parameters and pulse parameters h5positive correlation with h3h4/hl a negative correlation;②The PWVβ (pulse wave velocity) t5/t4, h5/hl positive correlation;③hardening of the arteries parameter β and the pulse instrument h3a negative correlation, h1, t5/t4was a positive correlation;④The WI in ejection time and vascular pressure strain elastic modulus (Ep) was negatively correlated with the pulse parameters and h3/hl was positively correlated with h4/h1.Conclusion:Preliminary results show that WI parameters are relevant to pulse parameters. From the results of canonical correlation analysis, in the WI parameters W1, PWVβ, β, W1-W2, Ep parameters and pulse apparatus as reflected in the peripheral vascular resistance, elasticity of blood vessels, vascular sclerosis, vascular tension, significant correlation, the current pulse instrument research focuses mainly on the blood pressure pattern change study on the technology of WI, can contribute to the pulse in Chinese medicine research, the existing pulse instrument based on increased intravascular blood flow information as a new research direction of the pulse.
