Effect Of Activating Yang And Inducing Diuresis On Hypercoagulability Of Patients With Nephritic Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Activating Yang and Inducing Diuresis on hypercoagulability of patients with Primary Nephritic Syndrom.Methods:1.60patients of hypercoagulability with Primary Nephritic Syndrome and Water Diffusion due to yang Deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into control group30cases and observation group30cases;2.The control group were given western medicine therapy;the observation group were given western medicine add with Chinese medicine;3.Compare the24-Pro、Alb、TC、Fib、D-2dimmer、 Hct、TXA2、PGI2、TXA2/FGI2、indicators of TCM clinical symptoms integral between two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:1.The effictive of observation group (86.7%) was higher than control group(70%),with significant difference(p<0.05).2.After treatment, the TCM points of observation group had significantly improved (p<0.01); the control group had no significant difference (p>0.05);3.The same group before and after treatment, the24-Pro、Alb、TC、Fib、D-2dimmer、Hct、TXA2、PGI2、TXA2/PGI2level of both group decreased significantly (all p<0.05), the observation group improved more than the control group, with a significant difference (p<0.05).Conclusion:Activating Yang and Inducing Diuresis add with western medicine has the curative effect of relieving patients of hypercoagulability with Primary Nephritic Syndrome.
