Research On Characteristics And Regularity Of TCM Syndrome Elements In Chronic Relapsing Forms Of Active Ulcerative Colitis

Objective:To clarify the distributional characteristics of TCM syndrome elements in chronic relapsing forms of active ulcerative colitis.To investigate the regularity of TCM syndrome elements in the different severity of patients for the treatment of ulcerative colitis to provide a basis for differentiation.Methods:As the basis of the Second People’s Hospital of Fujian Province, Fujian Provincial Hospital74cases of patients with the diagnosis of chronic relapsing forms of active ulcerative colitis,to collect information of patients with syndrome elements by using the unified "Syndrome Identificatied Scale". with collecting the data input card syndrome identificatied system used for statistical analysis.To understanding the characteristics and regularity of TCM syndrome elements of chronic recurrent active ulcerative colitis.Results:1.74cases of chronic relapsing active ulcerative colitis patients,there were elements Syndromes16,the total frequency for the349, points>=100.Sick persons in the large intestine followed by the spleen,intestine.Disease mainly in the wet,followed by stagnation of qi, pathogenesis false is mixed.Elements of disease-bit combination of syndromes to syndromes of one elements of composition,followed by two combination of syndromes elements.Disease syndromes mix elements to three,followed by two and four combination of syndromes.disease-bit+disease syndromes element combinations4,5Su-card combination of the most common.2.
