Outcom Analysis Of Surgical Interventions For Fresh Tossy Type â…¢ Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation

Objective: To discuss the clinical result of the clavicular hook plate and the clavicularhook plate fixation with to repair acromioclavicular ligament and coracoclavicularligament for the treatment of fresh Tossy type â…¢ acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods: From January2006to January2011,47patients with fresh Tossy type â…¢acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated using the clavicular hook plate and theclavicular hook plate fixation with to repair acromioclavicular ligament andcoracoclavicular ligament. The ages of the patients were22to55years.26patients weremanaged by the clavicular hook plate(group A),21by the clavicular hook plate fixationwith to repair acromioclavicular ligament and coracoclavicular ligament(group B). Theclinic data of the2groups of patients were statistically compared in our study. Results:The follow-up was12to24months,average15months. There were significant differencesbetween the two groups. Clavicular hook plate fixation with to repair acromioclavicularligament and coracoclavicular ligament is a good choice for fresh Tossy type â…¢acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Conclusion: The results of clavicular hook platefixation with to repair acromioclavicular ligament and coracoclavicular ligament forsurgically treated fresh Tossy type â…¢ acromioclavicular joint dislocation were satisfactory.Clavicula hook plate fixation with to repair acromioclavicular ligament and coraco-clavicular ligament is a suitable treatment option for patients with fresh Tossy type â…¢acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
