This research focuses on the Clinical observed that the garbanzo fracture after surgery use of herbal fumigation Cooperate with massage technique、function exercise (treatment group) and the single postoperative function exercise group (control group), objective evaluation of treatment differences, verify the clinical curative effect that application herbal fumigation Cooperate with massage technique and function exercise to postoperative function for recovery, For clinical treatment of the garbanzo fracture avoid the postoperative complications, improve the postoperative elbow function and quality of life of the patients explore better method of treatment. Methods:The study were analyzed retrospectively the inpatient and outpatient who Diagnosis for olecranalfracture in May2008to February2011in jingzhou Traditional Chinese medicine hospital.According to the case of criteria for the diagnosis, into the standard and exclusion standard, this research into the male in cases of41cases, female22cases, aged18to75years old between, according to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and the group of western medicine therapy for two treatment methods are classified into the experimental group and control group, and the control group (after surgical treatment do simple function exercise)30cases, the experimental group (after surgical treatment application herbal fumigation Cooperate with massage technique and function exercise)33cases. All cases were followed up for, the two groups were observed without complications.Record the callus growth on4weeks and8weeks after surgery and the elbow functional score on8months after surgery, compare the above indexes by using SPSSstatistics17software for analysis.Three groups of patients age, sex there were no significant differences and that are comparable. Results:postoperative follow-up8-10months, mean8months, two groups of patients were no infection, nerve damage, internal fixation exposed and so on, fracture reached osseous healing, healing time8-17weeks. Review the X-ray on8weeks after the surgery to observe Callus healing. The treatment group to clinical fractures healed III standard level30cases, II level2cases, no I level healing cases; The control group to clinical fractures healed III level standard18cases, II level10cases, I level in2cases. Both have significant difference compared, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).To elbow functional score on8months after operation, scoring criteria according to improved elbow HSS score:treatment group optimal14cases "good" in16, generally in2cases, is bad in1, and without the worst cases, good rate90.91%; The control group optimal6cases "good"10cases, general8cases, poor4cases, the worst in2cases, good rate53.33%. The treatment group was obviously higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In this study, surgical treatment with herbal fumigation, massage and active and passive activities the clinical efficacy of the treatment of olecranon fractures were observed and follow-up to explore the clinical significance of herbal fumigation and massage at the olecranon fracture after surgery (including promoting fracture healing, restoration of elbow function); provide effective basis for the clinical use; prove that surgical treatment with herbal fumigation, massage therapy ulnar olecranon fractures significantly.
