Objective:Through the observation of clinical cases to investigate the clinical effect of integrative conservative drug therapy with ectopic pregnancy that no damaged type. Contrast the affect between dissolve stasis decoction combine with Methotrexate and simple Methotrexate. Including the clinical efficacy, the time required of serum β-HCG values decline and adverse reactions, etc..To reveal the advantages of integrative conservative drug treatment with ectopic pregnancy that no damaged type, to provide clinical evidence for the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.Methods:1. Selected55patients with ectopic pregnancy who came from Hubei Province Chinese Medicine Hospital, TCM syndrome is Qi stagnation and Blood stasis. Patients were divided into treatment group and control group at random, there are28cases in the treatment group and27cases in the control group. By compared between the two groups of ages, serum β-HCG values, duration of vaginal bleeding, the statistical analysis showed there was no significant difference (P>0.05), comparable.2. The patients in treatment group were intravenous infusion of methotrexate glucose solution, at the same time, to give oral medicine,7days for a course and continuous two courses. The patients in control group were intravenous infusion of methotrexate glucose solution but without oral medicine. Observed and compared two groups of clinical efficacy, the situation of TCM syndromes improve, the time of mass absorption and dissipation and the adverse reactions.3. Statistical analysis The data used SPSS17.0software to analysis. According to different outcome measures, Count data selected x2test, Measurement data selected t test, expression to x±s.Results:1.With regard to synthetic effect, we knew that there were28patients in the treatment group,20cases effective,6cases markedly,2cases invalid, the total effective rate was92.86%, there were27cases in control group,15cases effective,3cases markedly,9cases invalid, the total effective rate was66.67%, the total effective rate between the two groups have a significant difference (P<0.05)。2. In terms of the TCM syndromes, there were28patients in the treatment group,10cases recovered,12cases effective,5cases markedly,1cases invalid, the total effective rate was96.43%, there were27cases in control group,5cases recovered,11cases effective,4cases markedly,7cases invalid, the total effective rate was74.07%, the total effective rate between the two groups have a significant difference (P<0.05)。 The TCM syndrome of treatment group score was2.96±1.23and the control group score was9.59±1.95, the statistical test showed the total effective rate between the two groups have a significant difference(P<0.05)。3. In terms of the time required of serum β-HCG values decline to normal, the treatment group score was10.29±2.72and the control group score was14.67±2.73, the total effective rate between the two groups have a significant difference (P<0.05)。 In terms of the time required of mass absorption, the treatment group score was22.59±3.45, and the control group score was27.34±3.58, the total effective rate between the two groups have a significant difference (P<0.05)。 In terms of the time required of vaginal bleeding stops, the treatment group score was5.75±2.18and the control group score was10.96±2.37, the total effective rate between the two groups have a significant difference (P<0.05)。4. Adverse reactions:During the treatment, there was7case had nausea and vomiting appearance, accompanied by white blood count reduction in the treatment group, there was12cases had nausea and vomiting appearance, accompanied by abnormal liver function indicators. All of the adverse reactions were temporary which could vanish by withdrawal.Conclusion:Dissolve stasis soup combine with Methotrexate treatment of no damaged ectopic pregnancy able to compensate the inadequacies of simple western medicine. It can speed up serum β-HCG values decline, assistance the mass absorption and relief the adverse reactions. It also can help relieve mental stress and economic burden with patents. In short, it is the general trend to treat early period ectopic pregnancy.
