Objective：To observe the improving effects of Bushen Yigan grain whose effect is toliver kidney and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on left atrialfunction caused by hypertension and to explore the effect mechanism.Methods： After50patients to divide into control and treatment two groupsstochastically, each group of25examples.The control group uses the doctor practicingwestern medicine convention treatment. The treatment group,adds the clothing in thedoctor practicing western medicine convention treatment foundation to the Bushen Yigangrain. The treatment cycle is8weeks,and observation of a course of treatment. Around theobservation treatment the patient main clinical symptom improvement situation, bloodpressure, heart color ultra, blood fats，hemorrheology indexes and target and so on.Results：After8weeks treatment, the treatment group could significantly improvesymptoms, lower blood pressure, blood fats，hemorrheology indexes and heart color ultra.The effect is significantly better than the control group（P＜0.05）.Conclusions：Bushen Yigan grain by controlling the level of blood pressure, reduceblood viscosity, improvement blood fats metabolism disorder, effectively improve leftatrial remodeling in patients with essential hypertension and delayed patients coursedevelopment, and to provid a new method to treatment of the disease for the clinical.
