| Objective: To investigate the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric femur fractureswith PFNA. Methods: Admitted to the unstable intertrochanteric fracture patientsrandomly selected60cases from Shandong Provincial Hospital of TCM from March2010to September2011and divided them into three groups of PFNA, DHS and ALP, Thefollow-up time from12months up to24months. Results: The PFNA, DHS and ALPtreatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures have achieved a satisfactory effect. PFNAwithin a fixed group of the excellent rate of90%, DHS internal fixation group of70%andthe fixed group of ALP within85%. PFNA group is higher than fixed groups within theDHS and the ALP internal fixation group. Conclusion: PFNA fixation group than DHSfixation group and the ALP internal fixation group, with simple operation, less trauma,fixation, less bleeding, fewer complications, the fields early activity, fewer postoperativecomplications, postoperative hip functional recovery is better, etc. PFNA is the idealinternal fixation in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures. |
