Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of the three kinds of tibia fracture internalfixation.Methods:Collect94patients with tibial fracture who met the inclusion criteria fromAffiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedicfrom2009.12to2011.3.Treated with three approaches as internal surgical approach byOpen reduction and dynamic compression plate (DCP) internal fixation, closed reductionand minimally invasive percutaneous LCP plate internal fixation with closed reduction andinterlocking intramedullary nail. All patients were up to the fracture healing standard aftertreatment and followed up after treatment. After the end of follow-up were carried out inJohner-Wruhs score, each group was observed and compared the clinical curative effect. Results:Open reduction and dynamic compression plate (DCP) internal fixation, closed reduction and minimally invasive percutaneous LCP plate internal fixation withclosed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail for the treatment of tibial fracturesare a significant effect, the excellent and good rate achieve respectively74.2%,93.8%and93.6%, minimally invasive percutaneous LCP plate and interlocking intramedullarynail group excellent and good rate was significantly higher than that of the dynamiccompression plate (DCP) groups, compared with the significant statistical difference (P<0.05); minimally invasive percutaneous LCP plate and interlocking intramedullary nailgroup in good to excellent yields similar, compares the difference does not have statisticalsignificance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Open reduction and dynamic compression plate (DCP) internal fixation, closed reduction and minimally invasive percutaneous LCP plate internal fixation with closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail in treatment of tibial fractures are theeffective method, but closed reduction and minimally invasive percutaneous LCP plateinternal fixation with closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail fixation arebetter. In clinical we should choose the appropriate operation time and operation modeaccording to the specific situation.
