Clinical Study Of Treating Unmature Verrucosa Gastirtis With Chu—Shi-xiao-you-tang

Objective:To observe the effect of Chu-Shi-xiao-you-tang (CSXYT) Decoction on Unmature Verrucosa Gastritis (UMVG) of damp-heat combined with blood stasis and explore the mechanism of it. Methods:60patients with UMVG were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given CSXYT Decoction and the control group was given Zeng-Sheng-ping (ZSP) tablets. Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after the treatment,including gastroscopic observing,Hp-killing rate. Results:The treatment group’s main effective rate of the syndrome of TCM、main effective rate of the gastroscopic observing and Hp-killing rate were76.67%,66.67%,78.26%;the control group’s were33.33%,23.33%,33.75%.There is a very significant difference (P<0.01)between the two groups. CSXYT Decoction can improve more significantly the symptoms such as gasteralgia and gasteremphraxis than Zeng-Sheng-Ping tablets..Conclusions:CSXYT Decoction appears to be an effective drug of treating UMVG.The mechanism of this therapy may be related to killing Helicobacter pylori(Hp), inhibit allergic reaction andregulation of the immune, enhances immune function, Anti-inflammatory and promote gastric mucosa repair.
