Objective:Through in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients with traditional Chinesemedicine syndrome type and related factors for statistical analysis,studying of RA TCMsyndrome type and age,sex,duration,Joint symptoms,joint function,duration of morningstiffness,laboratory examination data correlation.In order to reveal the distributionregularity of TCM Syndromes,this research discusses the RA syndrome type of traditionalChinese medicine clinical distribution characteristics.Methods：Through clinical epidemiological investigation methods, the120patientswho meets the criteria for inclusion with RA carry on the dialectical analysis,and classifythe syndrome type of traditional Chinese Medicine in strict accordance with TCMsyndrome classification.This research Can be divided into cold-dampness numbnesssyndrome,dampness-heat blockage syndrome,kidney qi deficiency and cold syndrome,yindeficiency of liver and kidney syndrome,blood stasis stagnation stagnation syndrome.Itstudies RA syndrome type distribution,and the relationship of RA TCM syndrome type andage, sex, duration, joint symptoms,joint function, duration of morning stiffness, laboratoryexamination data.Results:①This study of120patients, cold-dampness numbness syndrome28cases,accounting for23.33%; dampness-heat blockage syndrome in39cases, accounting for32.50%; kidney deficiency and cold syndrome in11cases, accounting for9.17%; yindeficiency of liver and kidney syndrome in20cases, accounting for16.67%; blood stasisstagnation stagnation syndrome in22cases, accounting for18.33%.②Five syndrome inthe gender distribution,the difference does not have statistical significance (P>0.05). Theage distribution, age of the patients was26-69years, mean50.38±9.76years of age, thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the average age of kidney-qi is maximum, heat blockage syndrome is minimum.In the course of the disease distribution, the meanduration was52.80±33.99months, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),the mean duration of yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome is the longest,cold-dampness numbness syndrome is the shortest.③The difference of joint pain, swellingand tenderness points in five types was statistically significant (P<0.05).Heat blockage hasthe highest score,while the difference of joint activity integral in five types does not havestatistical significance(P>0.05).④Five syndrome in joint function, the classification of thedifferences were statistically significant (P<0.05), cold-dampness numbness syndrome andkidney deficiency and cold syndrome with I see more, syndrome blockage due to damp-heat and yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome in II see more, stasis blockage toclass III see more.⑤Five syndrome in morning stiffness time, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05), heat blockage to average morning stiffness time is thelongest, at80.77±33.12minutes.⑥The difference was not significant in Various types ofRheumatoid factor, c-reaction protein, erythrocyte ssedimentation rate numerical.(P>0.05).Conclusion:This study in120patients with Damp-heat blockage syndrome ratio up tothat.The research discovers that the young with damp heat blockage syndrome andcold-dampness numbness syndrome see more. along with the growth of the age, bloodstasis stagnation stagnation syndrome, yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome andkidney deficiency and cold syndrome increases gradually.Cold-dampness numbnesssyndrome and dampness-heat blockage syndrome has short duration, but yin deficiency ofliver and kidney syndrome and kidney qi deficiency and cold syndrome has longduration.Heat blockage to inflammatory response is the heaviest,so the joint pain, swellingand tenderness has the highest score, and the morning stiffness time is thelongest.Cold-dampness numbness syndrome and kidney qi deficiency and cold syndromeof five patterns has better joint function, and blood stasis stagnation stagnation syndrome isprone to joint activities detrimental.
