Compound Danshen Decoction On Combination Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type Of Metabolic Syndrome Clinical Observation And The Influence Of Left Cardiac Function

Objective:through the observation of Compound Danshen Decoction on metabolic syndrome (phlegm and blood stasis mutual type) clinical curative effect and the influence of left cardiac function, this paper discusses the mechanism.Methods:will meet the inclusion criteria of metabolic syndrome patients60cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in each. The treatment group was given western medicine basic treatment and Compound Danshen Decoction, the control group was given western medicine basic treatment and Lipitor, observed in the two groups before and after treatment of left cardiac function index:ejection fraction(EF), left ventricular early diastolic mitral flow peak velocity (E), mitral flow late diastolic peak flow velocity(A)changes situation; lipid, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, waist circumference and the changes of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.left heart function index:the treatment group and the control group after treatment EF value, E value were increased significantly (P<0.01), with statistical significance; There is no change in A value (P>0.05), with no statistical significance.2.lipid:treatment group and control group after treatment compared with TG、LDL-C、HDL-C levels were not obviouslydifferent (P>0.05), with no statistical significance.3.blood pressure: the treatment group and the control group after treatment (SBP) systolic pressure, diastolic pressure(DBP) levels were significantly reduced(P<0.01), with statistical significance.4.fasting blood glucose (FPG):the treatment group and the control group after treatment compared with FPG significantly decreased(P<0.01),with statistical significance.5.waist circumference: treatment group and control group after treatment compared with measurement values were significantly reduced(P<0.01),with statistical significance.6.traditional Chinese medicine symptoms total point:treatment group and control group after treatment were significantly reduced(P<0.01), with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Compound Danshen Decoction can improve the metabolic syndrome (type of phlegm and blood stasis) in patients with left cardiac function, better than the control group.2.Compound Danshen Decoction on metabolic syndrome (type of phlegm and blood stasis) patients can reduce the lipid, blood pressure, blood glucose, waist circumference.3.Compound Danshen Decoction can alleviate the metabolic syndrome (type of phlegm and blood stasis) patients with clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, especially in the chest tightness, dizzy symptom.
