| Objective:To observe the clinical effect on strephenopodia after apoplexy with kidney and bladder meridians acupuncture, and provide the evidence for the optimum treatment plan of strephenopodia after apoplexy.Methods:60cases of strephenopodia after apoplexy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group including30cases treated with kidney and bladder meridians acupuncture and control group composing with30cases treated with traditional-acupuncture.Both groups were evaluated according to the following items before and after treatment to assess the effect:(1) Strephenopodia Degree.(2)Fugl-Meyer lower limb motor assessment scale.Results:1.two groups had improved in Fugl-Meyer lower limb motor function scores, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (p<0.05).2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was90.0%,that of the control group was73.3%,there was significant difference (p<0.05).Conclusion:Kidney and bladder meridians acupuncture has clinical effect on strephenopodia after apoplexy in regard to degree of strephenopodia and lower limb movement, is superior to the traditional-acupuncture... |
