Research On The Application Of The Treatment Of Dermatosis By Using Cold And Heat Simultaneously

Objectives:With "Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases" as the main research object, this research analyses and discusses the application of Zhang Zhongjing’s using cold and heat simultaneously and the application of it used in the dermatosis treatment, in order to study preliminarily and summarize the relative laws of using cold and heat simultaneously in the treatment of dermatosis from the theoretically and clinically; carry forward the academic thinking of Zhang Zhongjing’s using cold and heat simultaneously; provide certain theoretical basis for the treatment of using cold and heat simultaneously, and better guide the clinical treatment.Methods:1. A lot of relative references of the study of using cold and heat simultaneously as well as the reports of the application in the dermatosis treatment have been consulted, which provides the material for this research.2. Mainly from the perspective of using cold and heat simultaneously, this research collectes relative cases and then analyzes them to probe into and summarize the cause and pathogenesis of dermatosis and the treatment law by following the tutor; participating the practice, and taking clinical observation.3. Combining the document research and the clinical observation; basing on the relative theories and specific cases, this research explains the main content and makes summaries from the origin and development of using cold and heat simultaneously, the application of Zhang Zhongjing’s theory, the cause and pathogenesis of dermatosis and the formation of cold-heat complex and the application of using cold and hot simultaneously in the dermatosis treatment.Conclusion:Using cold and heat simultaneously in the dermatosis treatment is an effective method and can be widely used.
