In the context of our country diside to vigorously develop the occupation education promoting school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training of higher occupation education, China’s Vocational education as an important type of occupation education, how to draw lessons from foreign advanced experience, break through our country occupation education development bottlenecks, deepening the school-enterprise cooperation talents training mode, integration of social resources, promotion of social service ability and scientific research ability, accelerate the educational system reform, advance the development of educational science, accelerate the construction of higher occupation education with Chinese characteristics, for China’s economic development and train qualified high skilled talents, promoting the modern occupation education system construction is an important topic in front of us. Firstly, five kinds of foreign successful occupation education training mode undertook systems analysis, combined with the present stage of our country several major talent training mode analysis, to our country present stage of higher occupation education personnel training process existing problems were summarized, and discusses the experience of foreign countries and Its Enlightenment to china. Then the SWOT analysis method to analyze the present our country higher occupation education strategic environment, proposed under the new situation of higher occupation education personnel training mode of strategic planning.
