Inpatients Take Participate Maintaining The Willness And Action Of The Patient Safety Of Study

OBJECTTIVE:To undersand the domestic medical patients’ willingness of participatepatients Safety and act from a tendency to encourage patients to activelyparticipate in exploring patients safety and effective participation in actionsto take to protect patients safety provide a reference.METHODS:571patients from three provincial-level three-level generalhospitals,and a municipal two-level general hospitals of Guizhou Provincewere investigated with self-designed "patient safety will participate inPatients Safety questionnaire "，the date were ananlysed by t test, analysisof variance and multiple comparison post (LSD test) and χ2test.RESULTS:1Willingness to participate in patient safety of inpatients in gender, age,educational level, number of hospitalizations, marriage, residence, pay type,there were significant differences (*P <0.05,**P <0.001(see Table1-110-1))2Inpatients maintaining patient safety action has a certain tendency. CONCLUSIONS:1Inpatients participating in the medical security of willingness are strong(82.8%).2affecting willingness participation of the Inpatients of Factors hascertain characteristics.3Inpatients participation in of patient safety action has certaincharacteristics.3.1Inpatients participation in the action of the patient safety mainly focuson treatment and care effect.3.2Inpatients of their medical security and medical supervision ofinsufficient understanding on how to correctly and effectively, toparticipate in their own health care safety consciousness and abilityinadequacy, lack of active participation action and ability.
