Clinical Study On Treating Premature Ventricular Beats(PVB)of Coronary Heart Disease (CHD)(congenital Latent Cold With Coronary Blood Stasis)

Purpose: The observation of the clinical efficacy and safety of Flat Tongluo Decoctionin the treatment of Premature Ventricular Beatsof Coronary Heart Disease.(congenital latentcold with coronary blood stasis).Method: Select60patients meeting the inclusion criteria of Chinese and Westernmedicine of Premature Ventricular Beats(PVB)of Coronary Heart Disease(congenital latentcold with coronary blood stasis),and divide them into two groups.One group (treatmentgroup),30patients,take the medicine of Flat Tongluo Decoction,150ml,two times a day;theother group(control group),30patients,take the medicine of Guifudihuang pills(1pill a time)and Huangyangning pills(2pills a time),two times a day.The course of treatment is fourweeks.Observe the change of General status, symptoms and signs, and24-hour Holterelectrocardiogram changes. before and after the treatment.Result: clinical ovsevations and statistical analysis show that the numbers of beats in thetreatment group and control group are significantly reduced, and in term of the improvementof24-hour Holter and ECG,the treatment group is better than the control group,however,through Economic and statistical analysis, there are no significant differences in two groups.In terms of improving therapeutic effect of TCM symptoms there are very significantdifferences between the two groups (P<0.01), and the treatment group is more significant thanthe control group.Conclusion: the clinical efficacy of of Flat Tongluo Decoction in the treatment ofPremature Ventricular Beats of Coronary Heart Disease.(congenital latent cold with coronaryblood stasis) is certain and safe.Clinically,the method is effective and worth of promoting.
