In Treating Sequelae Of Pelvic Inlfammatory Disease Damp-Heat And Blood Stasis Type Of Clinical Observation

Purpose: In recent years, sequelae of PID incidence in our country shows ascendanttrend, serious harm to women’s health and the quality of life for women, so the sequelae ofPID treatment becomes people to pay close attention to and research emphasis. This researchthrough observation and decoction treating stasis type of PID clinical curative effect, themechanism is discussed, in order for the clinical treatment of sequelae of PID provides anoptimal effective method; at the same time, through clinical observation for the efficacy oftheory and evidence.Method: Through access to information, read the documentation, for the past five yearsin the literature relating to classification, summed up the treatment of PID, its systematic andstructured; and a choice of30cases of PID (damp-heat and blood stasis type) patients, treatedwith modified oral. By looking at patients with clinical symptoms and signs of changes beforeand after taking the medicine, using statistical methods for analysis of its clinical therapeuticeffect, changes to parameters and statistical analysis of clinical correlation.Result: Treatment of30cases of sequelae of PID(type of damp-heat and blood stasistreated) patients, using only Decoction orally, its curative effect the total efficiency of90%, ofwhich10cases were cured (33.33%),10cases (33.33%), operational in7cases (23.34%),invalid in3cases (10%), by statistical analysis before and after treatment there was asignificant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion: PID treated with TCM methods are diverse, safe, reliable, through clinicalobservation, in treating damp-heat and blood stasis type of pelvic inflammatory effect obvious(P<0.05), and clinical use.
