The Effect Of Tongxinluo On Blood Coagulation In Patient With AMI After PCI

Backgroud With the improvement of people’s living standard and the change of lifestyle, more morbidity and mortality in patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) has been increased year by year. It has been become a main diseases that threat our health in Our country. At present, Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) has been become one of the most effective reperfusion therapy for AMI. with development of PCI on large-scale, more and more No-Reflow(NR) phenomena after PCI were founded. NR has been become a problem that affected the prognosis of patients with AMI after PCI and become a hotspot for researchers to study. The mechanism of NR is not clear. Currently, more and more studies showed that thrombosis of microvascular obstruction caused by injury on microvessel endothelial was the the core mechanism of NR after PCI. It is well known that thrombosis was determined by coagulation system, thus, interfering with coagulation system was a measurement to treat NR, however, the effect of Western medicine is not satisfactory. Thus, it is important to explore other drug to treat NR. Tongxinluo is a Chinese traditional medicine which can influence on coagulation system to treat NR. However, the mechanism is not yet clear. Objective To Observe effects and possible mechanism of Tongxinluo on coagulation system in patients with AMI after PCI.Methods Sixty-six patients with AMI after PCI were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,34patients in control group were treated with routine anticoagulants and antiplatelet therapy,32patients in treatment group were treated with Tongxinluo based on routine anticoagulants and antiplatelet therapy. Both treatments lasted for six days after PCI. four index of coagulation test were measured on the first day before medicine intervention, and on the sixth day after treatment within the two groups. Result Compared with level before treatment, the level of PT, APTT> TT in patients after treatment were significantly increased (p<0.05). However, Fg in patients after treatment were significantly decreased (p<0.05). the level of PT, APTT> TT in patients after treatment in treatment group were notably increased than those after treatment in control group (p<0.05),whereas the changes in treatment group were remarkably decreased.(p<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsules could influence on anticoagulation, promote fibrinolytic activity, it may be a drug for treatment in patients with after PCI.
