| Objective:In this study, the clinical observation of the system, robust, and strive to explore the clinical efficacy of the polycystic ovary syndrome induced anovulation infertility with acupuncture, Chinese medicine sequential therapy, the treatment of this Law to better fundamental adjustment in patients with endocrine level, the establishment of regular menstrual cycle, ovulation induction, and improve the pregnancy rate. Through this study, preliminary to explore its possible mechanism of action, to provide a scientific basis for clinical application.Methods:Collect2011.3-2012.3the doctor in the Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecology clinic,60cases of anovulation infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome patients.Treatment order randomly divided into two groups:treatment group30cases, sequential Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment; control group (n=30), sequential treatment to traditional Chinese medicine.2group are three of the menstrual cycle for a course of treatment of two courses to improve the situation, traditional Chinese medicine to the patient’s clinical symptoms, basal body temperature, endocrine levels and restore ovulation and pregnancy as MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES conduct their own controls before and after treatment and group comparison, integrated to determine the efficacy of treatment by statistical methods.Results:From the overall efficacy of the treatment, group and control group, the total efficiency of83.33%and63.33%respectively, the two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05), but the total efficiency can be seen that the treatment group than the control group; from the TCM symptoms after treatment, the treatment group improve obesity, mouth tired The phlegmatic aspects of a significant effect (P value less than0.05); the difference from the recovery BBT biphasic ovulation to see the test results show that the two groups significantly(P <0.05), treatment group was significantly better than the control group; treatment group, the pregnancy rate was26.67%, the control group, the pregnancy rate was10%, the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:This study shows that traditional Chinese medicine sequential with acupuncture (treatment group) and traditional Chinese medicine sequential (control group) all have effect on the disease, traditional Chinese medicine sequential acupuncture (treatment group) treatment of the disease were higher than the pure traditional Chinese medicine sequential group (control group). Chinese medicine sequential acupuncture treatment the disease can be significantly improved in patients with ovulation rate, pregnancy rate. This study for the treatment of anovulation infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome provides a good theoretical basis, we can see the irreplaceable role in the treatment of ovulatory dysfunction infertility caused by PCOS. |
