Objective:To use acupuncture or murine back skin pigmentation for intervention and treatment, respectively, before and after the treatment was observed in liver and brain tissues of superoxide dismutase (SOD),malondialdehyde (MDA) and skin pathology morphology, To investigate the clinic curative effect and the possible mechanism of action, for further research and the prevention and treatment of chloasma provide theoretical and experimental evidence.Methods:according to the literature by using local ultraviolet irradiation experimental animal model replication of chloasma, were randomly divided into5groups:acupuncture group, acupuncture prevention group,Vc control group, normal control group, model group. The normal group, model group and prevention group in molding and binding’s following day, acupuncture treatment group and Vc treatment group after treatment of the cervical dislocation mice were sacrificed, detection of mouse liver tissue and brain SOD activity and MDA content, and the observation of skin pathology morphology.Result:1)Compared with normal group mice and chloasma model mice in liver and brain tissues of SOD,MDA and skin pathology vary greatly, with statistically significance (P<0.01).2)From HE staining pathological film, normal group mice is opithelial thinner, without hyperplasia, by rows of basal cell and squamous cell component. Model group mice epithelial layer cell proliferate increased the number of cell, inflammatory cells to see, hair follicles and sebaceous gland multiplied. Acupuncture treatment group mice epithelial hyperplasia compared with model group was significantly reduced, the disordered arrangement of relief, but slightly thicker skin than the normal group, model group sebaceous follicles was significantly reduced, almost without hyperplastic, inflammatory are almost no.3)From the melanocytes depth of view, acupuncture prevention group, acupuncture group and Vc treatment group, this three groups of mice skin melanoma positive goal average grayscale value is lower than the normal group, the mean optical, there was statistical significance(P>0.05).4)From the melanocyte number, three control group skin melanocyte number were significantly less than the model group,and the acupuncture group and prevention group number is less than that of Vc group.5)Served the prevention and cure effect of three groups, namely acupuncture prevention group, acupuncture group and Vc group, their liver and brain tissue SOD levels are increased compared with the model group, liver, brain MDA levels were lower than those in the model group, with significant difference (P>0.01).
