Objective:To explore the clinical effect of CO2fractional laser in improving pigmentation of skin grafts through self-controlled study.Methods:14 subjects with skin pigmentation after facial skin grafting from June 2021 to October 2022 were selected. After signing the informed consent, the skin graft area was divided into two halves according to the principle of self-control,and randomly divided into groups. One side was the CO2 fractional laser mixed mode treatment group(treatment group),and the other side did not do any treatment(control group). The treatment group:wavelength 10600nm,spot size of 8,Superficial mode energy 70-110m J,density 40%;Deep mode energy 17-30m J,density 10%.In the treatment group, the laser treatment parameters were set and adjusted according to the skin type and the degree of skin pigmentation. Each treatment is given 2 months apart, for a total of 2treatments.Objective assessment of skin surface spots, texture, brown spots and UV spots on the skin graft area using the VISIA 7th Generation Professional Skin Analyzer before each treatment and at 2 months and 6 months after the 2nd treatment. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by blind evaluator method(three evaluators did not know about the trial group). The satisfaction of the subjects was investigated by questionnaire. And the data were statistically analyzed.Results:1.Comparison of the total effective rate of the two groups at different time after treatment:The total clinical efficiency of the treatment group was considerably better than that of the control group, and there was a statistical discrepancy between them.(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the results of VISIA skin image analysis between the two groups after treatment:the values of all indexes(surface spots, brown spots,UV spots, texture)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and study participants in the treatment group had lower index values than the control group, and the discrepancies were statistically relevant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of satisfaction at different times after treatment between the two groups:the scores of satisfaction in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and study participants in the treatment group were significantly more satisfied than those in the control group, and the discrepancy was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After CO2 fractional laser treatment, the melanin deposition was significantly improved, the skin roughness and adaptability of the skin grafts to the surrounding skin were also improved, and the subjects’satisfaction with the appearance of the skin grafts was significantly improved. |
