Clinical Studies Of Chronic Plevic Pain Of Qi-Deficiency-and-Blood-Stasis Treated By Promoting Qi And Activating Blood Circulation

Objective:To observe clinical curative effect of Chronic Pelvic Pain of Qi-Deficiency-and-Blood-Stasis treated by promoting Qi and activating blood circulation, that is taking Lichong decoction by oral and Xiaozhengtongluo decoction which is made by hospital via colon hydrotherapy, then to explore new clinical treatment method of CPP, and new way in application and promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:Through the data access and browsing literatures, research progress of CPP in both TCM and western medicine in recent years is concluded and analyzed, make it systematic and methodical; And60cases of CPP patients which meet the inclusion criteria are divided into treatment group and control group by randomization, each group has30cases. The treatment group uses Lichong decoction an agent one day, and Xiaozhengtongluo decoction via colon hydrotherapy twice a week which cannot be used during menstrual period. The control group treats only Lichong decoction an agent one day. A course of treatment is one month, the general course is two months. Then observe VAS scores and the result of symptom score table in three times separately, before treatment, after treatment, and a month later after treatment.Results:1、After clinical treatment, VAS scores and the result of symptom score table of treatment group and control group are descended; in treatment group:5cases of patients (16.67%) recovered,12cases (40.0%) have significant effect, also12cases (40.0%) effect,1case (3.33%) invalid, total efficiency is96.67%; in control group:1case (3.33%) recovered,8cases (26.67%) have significant effect,19cases (63.33%) effcct,2cases (6.67%) invalid, total efficiency is93.33%; through statistics two groups are statistically significant, that means Lichong decoction and Xiaozhengtongluo decoction via colon hydrotherapy is superior, they have synergistic effect.2、3cases in treatment group and2cases in control group didn’t have pelvic pain after treatment, but a month later after treatment they’ve got a mild pelvic pain, however, by checking P value is more than0.05, it cannot be considered illness repeated or relapse.3、The VAS score of3cases of patient in treatment group was zero both after treatment and a month later after treatment, but the tongue of them haven’t got a change, therefore, the VAS score is zero, but the symptom score isn’t zero.Conclusion:Taking Lichong decoction by oral and Xiaozhengtongluo decoction via colon hydrotherapy are effective methods of treating Chronic Pelvic Pain of Qi-Deficiency-and-Blood-Stasis, and deserves further study and promotion.
