Evaluating intervention effectiveness of comprehensive nursing. Methods:Selecting patients who were clinically diagnosed with gastric cancer and adjuvant chemotherapy (nochemotherapy) need, hospitalized in affiliated Hospital of Putian University, Putian First Hospital of cancer chemotherapy. Case data of162patients,were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group of chemotherapy patients received the nursing intervention and control group received conventional care routine.Using QLQ-C30(VERSION3.0) Evaluation Standards for quality of life core questionnaire, self-rating anxiety scale, Self-rating depression scale and adverse reactions, divided into pre-intervention period, intervention period and post-intervention period, using the SPSS11.5statistical software for data processing and evaluating patients after chemotherapy on quality of life and adverse reaction.Results:1. Before the intervention, anxiety, depression score, P>0.05(P=0.744,0.463), no significant difference between the two groups were comparable. After the intervention, anxiety and depression scores of the comparison between control group and intervention group, was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. Comparing indicators of adverse reactions between Intervention group and control group:Intervention group and control group indicators of adverse reactions:nausea, vomiting, neutronpenia, hemoglobin decreased, peripheral nerve paresthesia, muscle joint pain and hair loss measurements, using observations to test.(P<0.05)after the intervention shows that several indicators of differences between the intervention group and the control group was statistically significant.3. No significant difference in the two groups were selected in physical function, role function, fatigue, pain, nausea/vomiting, appetite loss, health status, etc. After three courses of the intervention, the patients in the intervention group were significantly better than the control group in physical function, role function, fatigue, pain, nausea/vomiting, appetite loss, health status,etc.(P<0.05)Conclusion:Continuous nursing model for gastric cancer patients concludes not only receiving postoperative chemotherapy at the hospital during chemotherapy, dealing with Chem-otherapy side effects, handling anxiety and depression status, improving quality of life, but also providing continuous nursing and guidance for the diet, psychological and functional exercise after discharge in for chemotherapy interval, to make sure that the patient’s quality of life and mental state will be improved.
