Objective:This paper aims at the study of Wuhan area in20012010climate characteristics and mycoplasma pneumonia in children in year and season.And by traditional Chinese medicine five six transport gas theory was used to calculate2001-2010Wuhan Regional Climate Characteristics and epidemic disease of high incidence year. In order to explore the correlation between the two.Methods:2001January—2010December collection of Wuhan area due to respiratory tract infections in Union Hospital,Tongji Hospital, Wuhan No.1Hospital, the Provincial Maternal and child Hospital and Wuhan children’s Hospital for children in102547cases.63237were male,39310were female, the minimum age is a month, the biggest is14years old.Patients with venous blood col lection,separation of serum, use EL ISA method(ELISA) detected in sera of patients with specific IgM antibody reagents,operating strictly in accordance with instructions. Count the IgM antibody positive rate in different years and different seasons. The experimental results were analyzed by SPSS13.0statistical software, classificating data is by χ2test, measuring data is by the t test, Ridit test of rank data. And collect the Wuhan monthly meteorological data in2001January—2010December from the Hubei provincial meteorological bureau.Result:1. The experimental results show Children Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection rate of2001,2002,2003,2004,2005,2006,2007,2008,2009,2010, the positive rates were6.72%,16.52%,25.93%,21.63%,16.63%,14.98%,22.71%,15.79%,12.23%,16.12%. In which the maximum is25.93%in2003, the lowest is6.72%in2001. The2003group is significantly higher than2001(χ2=130.505, P<0.01).2001—2010the first quarter, second quarter, third quarter and the fourth quarter of the positive rates were17.72%,9.63%,12.87%and23.18%. The fourth quarter MP infection rate is higher than the first quarter, the second quarter and third quarter (x2respectively210.995、1796.083、925.830, P<0.01)。2.Through the five movements and six theoretical climate characteristics and the actual climate characteristics of Wuhan area conformity rate is not high, But the calculation of prevalence of the disease incidence in Wuhan area with high year consistent of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. And the calculation of pulmonary diseases high season and Wuhan region seasonal uniform of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Conclusion: Through the traditional Chinese medicine five six transport gas theory Wuhan climate characteristics has certain feasibility, hypothesized that Wuhan region of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children with high year with certain accuracy.
