ObjectiveThe thesis meant to study the TCM symptomatological features and dialectical types of children's respiratory tract being infected with mycoplasma pneumonia on the basis of the exploration of its TCM etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis. The children patients' gender, age, living environment, falling-ill time will be recorded before the infection, so will be the routine examination of blood, CRP, X-rays of thoracic region, ECG after the infection. The variation of the results of the relative routine check will be clinically observed and studied to show the correlation between the respiratory tract and MP infection.MethodsThe Chinese periodical database will be drawn on to consult the literature materials concerning MP infection in the past 10 years to get the outline of etiopathogenisis and dialectical types of MP infection. All the case files of the hospitalized children with respiratory infection between September, 2004 and September, 2005 in Jiangsu provincial hospital of TCM will be consulted, and those masculine cases will be selected and an observation form will be filled in. The data in all the forms will be analyzed statistically, and the etiopathogenisis and dialectical types and the TCM symptomatological features can be inferred. All the case files of the hospitalized children with respiratory infection between September, 2004 and September, 2005 in Jiangsu provincial hospital of TCM will be consulted, and the children patients who receive the examination on MP antibody in blood serum will be firstly selected. Then 70 of those patients with masculine MP antibody and negative MP antibody will be randomly chosen to form a controlled group and an experimental group. Such factors as gender, age, living environment, falling-ill time, routine examination of blood, CRP, X-rays of thoracic region, and ECG after the infection will be studied, and the variation of the results of the relative routine check will be clinically observed and the correlation between the respiratory tract and MP infection will be displayed.ConclusionThe etiopathogenisis of respiratory tract infected with mycoplasma pneumonia have intrinsic and extrinsic factors. And the development of pathogenesis has its own features. The five general types are attack of the lung by the wind-heat, stagnation of the lung due to phlegm-heat, pyretic toxicity stagnation, insufficiency of lung-yin and deficiency of the lung-qi and spleen-qi. And each shows different symptomatological features. There is correlation between respiratory infection with mycoplasma pneumonia and age, falling-in time and living environment, but no correlation with gender. Except that the routine examination of blood shows specialty, CRP, X-rays of thoracic region and ECG show none. |
