The Clinical Efficacy Of Yiqitonglin Soup Combined With Acupoint Injection To Treat Overactive Bladder

Object:To explore the efficacy and safety evaluation of the YiqitonglinTang combined with acupoint injection to treat overactive bladder syndrome (OAB)。Method:The48female patients of OAB,were randomly divided into the24treatment group and the24control group. The treatment group was treated Yiqitonglin soup200ml each time, twice a day, while was injected Xiyanping (Jiangxi qingfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.)5ml into Qugu acupuncture point once a day. The control group was treated with tartrate Tolterodine stator,(the trade name of which is Sheniting)2mg each time, twice a day. Both the groups was treated2weeks.Respectively, before and after the treatment, judging by the average of each urine output, the average frequencies of urination in24hours, the scores of international IPSS symptom,which was divided into mild, medium and heavy types, and the maximum urinary flow rate and the quality of life (QOL) index scores of the patients as the efficacy of the treatment.Results:After two weeks of the treatment.Through various indicators and patient’s subjective feelings, the total effective rate of the treatment group was91.67%,and the other group was83.33%. The effect of the treatment group to treat female-specific overactive bladder was similar with the control group. The total incidence of side effect in the treatment group was0%,the other group was41.67%. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The IPSS score and maximum urinary flow rate after treatment, the treatment group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The average of each urine output,and the average frequencies of urination in24hours after the treatment were both batter than before, the difference between them was significant (P<0.05). After the treatment, the quality of life (QOL) index of the patients from both groups were significantly improved, the difference was also significant (P<0.05). The results showed that Yiqitonglin soup combined with acupoint injection significantly improved lower urinary tract symptoms, improve the quality of life in patients.Compared with the efficacy of the treatment group and control group after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqitonglin soup combined with acupoint injection to treat overactive bladder is safe and effective, can relieve urinary urgency, urinary frequency, nocturia, urge incontinence, etc. obviously. This method does not have any adverse reactions,it is safe and reliable, it has Important research value and development of meaning,and it is worthy of clinical application.
