The Expression And Significance Of TNF-α In Venous Ulceration Of Lower Limb

Objective:To investigate the expression of TNF-a in venous ulceration of the lower limbs and scratch the role of TNF-a in the formation of venous ulceration; To observe expression level of TNF-a by the therapeutic operations ulceration and Provide the experimental basis for the surgical treatment of ulceration.Methods:TNF-α Was analyzed by ELISA among ulceration group(16cases)、non-ulceration CVI group(20cases)(all patients received subfascial endoscopic perforator surgery、flush saphenofemoral ligation and limited stripping of the major saphenous vein)and healthy volunteer group(10cases); TNF-a Was analyzed by ELISA in ulceration group(16cases) by surgery a week later. TNF-a Was analyzed by immunohisto-chemistry among ulceration group、ulceration group by sugery a week later and normal skin group(the incision skin of flush saphenofemoral ligation of the major saphenous vein).Results:TNF-a of serum in the ulceration group Was significiantly higher than that in two other groups(P<0.05), the diference Was not significantly between non-ulceration and normal skin group(P>0.05); TNF-a of tissue in ulceration group Was significantly higher than normal skin group(P<0.05);TNF-a of tissue and that of serum in ulceration group after operation7days Was significantly lower than that before surgery(P<0.05). Conclusion:The corelation between high expression and venous ulceration is significant. The level of TNF-a significantly decline after the therapeutic operations ulceration.
