The Clinical Research Of Injecting Huangqi In The Point On Treating Chronic Renal Failure

Objective: This study aims to observe and confirm the curative effect,side effects anduntoward effect of Injecting Huangqi in the point on treating CRF of the spleen-kidneydeficiency type. Assessing the safety and effectiveness,this paper analyzes and expoundsits treatments mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine clinical treatment for chronicrenal failure with new ways and new means.Method:50cases of chronic renal failure patients were randomly divided into twogroups, trial group (point injection group) and the control group (conventional treatmentgroup), the control group gave traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment(including western medicine therapy and conventional oral medicine), patients in thecontrol group treatment based on to point injection therapy.All of them were undertreatment for8weeks.The observation were the clinical symptoms, signs of change oflaboratory examination.Results: Clinical research: the trial control rates by16.67%, the total effective rate of86.67%; The control group clinical control rates by6.7%, the total effective rate53.33%,.The two groups of comparisons have significant difference(P <0.01).Researchshows that: point injection does better in improving therapy chronic renal failure (spleenand kidney deficiency syndrome) syndrome, improving the hemoglobin levels, lower urineprotein quantitative and endogenous creatinine clearance, serum creatinine, blood ureanitrogen regulation.It has apparent curative effect, and more safety.The adverse reaction rate is lowerConclusion: Point injection treatments for chronic renal failure has definite effectsand less side effects.It works mainly through drugs and acupuncture points commonfunction,.The treatment improve the adjustment of the function, so as to achieve thepuupose of preventing and treating illnesses...
