Study On Mechanism Of Qiangxinkang Granule Combined With Auricular Acu Point Thera Py On Chronic Heart Failure ComPlicated With Anxiety Based On The "Double Heart Theory"

Objective: Through clinical case analysis,we observed the clinical efficacy of combining auricular acupoint therapy with cardiac pellets based on the "double heart theory" in the treatment of chronic heart failure combined with anxiety states.Methods:A clinically randomized,controlled observation approach was used,a total of75 Patients with chronic heart failure(Qi deficiency,blood stasis and water stasis syndrome)and anxiety were diagnosed at the Outpatient Department of the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine-Professor Liu Shurong Outpatient Department from December 2021 to October 2022,and 3 of them were excluded.Finally,the remaining 72 patients were taken as clinical observation objects and randomly divided into two groups,The test group was given drug treatment(diuretic,ACEI,adrenoceptor blocker,Qiangxinkang granules)+ear point therapy(the ear points were selected from Shenmen,sympathetic and endocrine points),while the control group was given drug treatment(diuretic,ACEI,adrenoceptor blocker,Qiangxinkang granules).The trial used 4weeks as a course of treatment.Timely observe and record the changes of clinical symptoms and scores of generalized anxiety scale(GAD-7)of each patient before and after treatment,and then use SPSS21.0 to enter into the database.The statistical method mainly uses t test and other methods to evaluate the clinical efficacy of ear point therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic heart failure with anxiety.Results: By analyzing the pre-test age,gender,disease duration,and EF base for both groups of patients,the results showed that P>0.05,there was no difference between the two groups,no statistical significance and comparability;Before the test,the scores of GAD-7 in the two groups were compared,and the t-test was P=0.373>0.05,which was not statistically significant and comparable;Comparison of the two groups before the clinical symptom score test,showed that P=0.068>0.05 by t test,which was not statistically significant and comparable;Before the test,t-test was used to statistically analyze the results of the6-minute walking test before the treatment.After the t-test,P=0.710>0.05 was obtained,which was not statistically significant and comparable;Before the test,the sleep time of the subjects before treatment was statistically analyzed by t-test.The t-test showed that P=0.086>0.05,which was not statistically significant and comparable.After the test,the score of GAD-7 in the two groups decreased significantly.The comparison between groups after the subject was obtained by t-test,P=0.00<0.05,and there was significant difference between the two groups.After the test,the comparison between the groups showed that the test group was significantly better than the control group by t test(P=0.00<0.05).After the test,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were compared,P<0.05 after intra-group comparison and P<0.05 after inter-group comparison.The difference was statistically significant,and the curative effect was significant.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group;The cardiac functional efficacy of the two groups was analyzed after the trial using the rank sum test,and the result was P=0.042<0.05,which was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.After the test,the t-test was used to statistically analyze the results of the 6-minute walking test of the subjects after treatment.The t-test showed that P=0.001<0.05,which was statistically significant.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group;Subjects’ post-treatment sleep duration was statistically analyzed after the trial.t-test showed P=0.00<0.05,which was statistically significant.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.In conclusion,the treatment of chronic heart failure combined with anxiety state by combining cardiac pellets with auricular acupoint therapy was clinically effective.Conclusion: Treatment of chronic heart failure combined with anxiety states using cardiac pellets combined with auricular therapy can significantly reduce the GAD-7 score and TCM symptom score;The clinical effect of Qiangxinkang granules combined with ear point therapy on chronic heart failure(syndrome of qi deficiency,blood stasis and water stagnation)combined with anxiety state is significant,and the pilot group is significantly better than the control group.This clinical study is significant.
