| Objective： To observe the Blood Circulation method,Taohongtuling decoctioncombined with Chinese medicine medicated bath therapy, Treating Psoriasis of BloodStasis and its Influence on hemorheology.Methods：60patients with blood stasis type psoriasis vulgaris were randomlydivided into two groups, treatment group，30cases oral Taohongtuling decoction combinedwith Chinese medicine medicated bath therapy and topical Qingpeng ointment for12weeks, the other30received Xiaoyin capsules and Dahuangzhechong pill and Qingpengointment. Observing lesions size,shape,subjective symptoms,TCM symptoms and adversereaction,measure the level of hemorheology before and after the treating.Results：The treatment group’s effective rate was93.33%, the control group was73.33%. There were significant differences between the two groups.The hemorheologyindexes of two groups after treatment have all been reduced, the treatment group changedsignificantly, the two groups had a significant difference.Conclusions：Taohongtuling decoction combined with Chinese medicine medicatedbath therapy is effective method in treating Psoriasis of Blood Stasis, adverse reactions issmall, can significantly reduce the indexes of blood rheology in patients. |
