| Objective:Observation of the effect of acupuncutre at left fei yang on the middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity, vascular pulsatility index and resistance index in a study of the acupuncture points on the middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity mechanism for the clinical use of left fei yang cerebrovascular diseases with acupuncture provides a theoretical basis.Method:Instruments used HP CompanionⅢ transcranial Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus, the probe frequency7.5MHz. Medical supplies production plant in Suzhou Huatuo brand acupuncture needles, size:Φ0.35×40mm.Volunteers are confirmed by transcranial Doppler MCA blood flow imaging in normal15healthy young people, each of the8men,7women aged21.5to25.5years old, no previous cardiovascular disease history, the subject within72hours of the experiment did not take any drugs, not smoking, drinking, and maintaining adequate sleep. After ethics committee permission I signed a voluntary commitment to study the book. Research room temperature maintained at18-23℃, humidity65%. the subjects in a quiet state for15minutes after the acupuncture. Acupuncture and transcranial Doppler ultrasound detection, the same before and after the environment, all operations by the person responsible for the performer to take one acupuncturist, TCD examiner for professional technicians, to ensure as far as possible to reduce the error in the observation process.By CompanionⅢ detector was detected by use of the supine position, sampling depth of64mm, with a1.6MHz probe detection through temporal window of the middle cerebral artery (MCA) at the end. MCA to be made clear and stable signal, record the maximum systolic blood flow velocity (Vs), diastolic peak velocity (Vd), mean flow velocity (Vm), pulsatility index (PI), resistance index (RI) values.left fei yang acupuncture were measured10minutes before acupuncture, into the needle, needle lines (acupuncture15minutes), a needle (acupuncture30minutes),10minutes after the needle5to the two point in time middle cerebral artery (MCA) at the end of hemodynamics. And the maximum systolic blood flow velocity were recorded (Vs), diastolic peak velocity (Vd), mean flow velocity (Vm), pulsatility index (PI) and resistance index (RI) parameter values, all the information into SPSS, the establishment of a database, measurement data with mean±standard deviation (±s) that apply SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1When needling left fei yang points, the end of the diastolic peak velocity (VS) of the left middle cerebral artery (MCA) withdrawal (P<0.01) after10minutes the needle penetrates the skin, compared with the moment before penetration,2when needling left fei yang points, the mean flow velocity (Vm) of the left middle cerebral artery (MCA) withdrawal (P<0.05), after10minutes pull out the needle compared with the moment before penetration.3when needling left fei yang points, the end of the diastolic peak velocity (VS) of right middle cerebral artery (MCA) withdrawal (P<0.05), at the time of inserting the needle compared with the moment before penetration.4.However, the Pulsation index (PI) and the resistance index (RI) did not change obviously. In general, there was no significance in StatisticsConclusion:1When needling the left fei yang point can significantly reduce the end of the diastolic peak velocity (VS) of the left middle cerebral artery (MCA), suggesting that the acupuncture process may reduce the blood flow of the Middle Cerebral Artery (MCA).2When needling the left fei yang point can significantly reduce the mean flow velocity (Vm) of middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity (MCA), suggesting that the acupuncture process may reduce the blood flow of the Middle Cerebral Artery (MCA).3When needling the left fei yang point in the four time Points, The vascular resistance of the Middle Cerebral Artery(MCA) had no Significant difference, suggesting that the acupuncture left fei yang Process Could not have obvious effects of the Middle Cerebral Artery(MCA) on the Healthy youth. |
